The Recovering Rescuer

In this interactive workshop, we will talk about the role of HR as rescuer and why we feel compelled to not only throw over the life jacket but actually jump in and save our employees. You’ll be participating in activities where you’ll discover:

  • The role each of us play in the drama triangle, whether at work or at home
  • How to identify your triggers so you don’t fall into old patterns and habits
  • And how to reframe your thinking so you aren’t draining your energy but are still helping and making an impact.

Come ready to have fun, get a little uncomfortable and to challenge your default way of thinking.
